Prices are simple and fair.  There are no hidden charges or surprises - just pay for the visit, repair, and any parts needed. Here's a general price guide:

​Hourly Rate - 

£65 - Minimum one hour charge. I am not VAT registered.

I will always try and give estimates for all work to be carried out.

​Travel - 

Based in Sutton Heath, Woodbridge I provide help solving computer problems at your small business or in your home within a 10 mile driving distance as calculated by the route in Google Maps. Anything over this distance will include 1 hours extra charge.

​Complex, Urgent or Multiple Fixes - £ask

For bigger jobs, multiple PCs, networking, complex cases where the computer(s) can't be taken away, and/or emergencies

I want you to book with confidence, so I offer:

• A complete price at the earliest opportunity (after a conversation or initial inspection)
• No extra costs just because the agreed job takes a bit longer than expected
• Clear costing of any parts needed or extra work requested after a quote
• Additional help and support after the visit, if required

Prices are typical for the majority of our services, in a usual coverage area, and assume payment at the time of the visit. We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers via invoice within 7 days.
